This is the part of Bigsby's Folly you can't order off a menu anywhere else in the city: a working winery that hands you the beakers. Every experience is hosted by our team, sized from a pair of guests to a corporate group of 75 or more, and can be built into a private event.

Elevate your palate with a curated pairing of our wines and gourmet bites, each combination chosen to lift the flavours and aromas of both the glass and the plate. Our VIP Tasting & Custom Bottle Experience is our ultimate date night — and the way to mark an anniversary, birthday or engagement — paired with gourmet bites and a custom-labeled bottle named for the occasion, for parties of two to seven at $125 per couple, or $145 per couple with a Reserve bottle.
The Signature Wine & Food Pairing is $80 per couple, or $100 per couple for the Reserve pairing.

Teams
Private dates and times are available for groups of more than 8 people, plus a group blending and bottling activity for groups of up to 75 or more. We also package in-home and in-office experiences if you'd rather we came to you — a favourite close to a corporate offsite.

Personalize your bottles with your own design — custom labels are included. Custom bottles work as wedding favours, client gifts, fundraiser lots and holiday presents — ask us about additional bottles of your blend, and gift cards are available any time.

Unleash your inner vintner. Blend your own red wine from premium varietals out of California's esteemed appellations, then take home a bottle of your blend the same day. Order cases later to share, serve at an event, resell as a fundraiser or give as corporate gifts.
