Bigsby's Folly is a working urban winery, restaurant and historic event venue in Denver's River North Art District. Fruit from top vineyards ferments in the room next door, a kitchen is built to sit beside it, and four distinctive dining areas host everything from a Tuesday flight to a 300-guest celebration.
