Bigsby's Folly replies to questions sent by text to (720) 502-8010 about visiting, private events, wine experiences and reservations. It is a two-way conversational support line, not a marketing or promotional program, and there is no mailing list.

The customer starts the conversation. Texting the number is the opt-in. Bigsby's only replies inside a conversation the customer began.

Message frequency varies; messages are replies to customer-initiated conversations.
